Andhra Sugars: Board recommends Dividend

Andhra Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3/- per share on Equity Shares of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2015 for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 68th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 26, 2015.
