This is to inform you that the Company is not required to file the Disclosure of Related Party Transaction under Regulation 23 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 for the half year ended 30.09.2024 as the paid up share capital was less than Rs. 10 Crores and the Net Worth was less than Rs. 25 Crores as on the last day of the previous financial year.
