This is to inform you that in compliance of the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons" ("the Code") the trading window for dealing in the securities ofthe Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders as per the Code shallremain closed from 30th September 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved Unaudited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30 2024 of the financial year 2024-2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
