Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Corporations Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading trading window in respect of the Corporations securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Corporation for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2024.
