Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 please find enclosed intimation letter dated 8th November 2024 from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company - Link Intime India Private Limited wherein the Company is informed regarding issue of letter of confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificate to the shareholders as mentioned therein.
