Almondz Global Securities: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to the Provision of regulation 30(4)(i) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that one of our wholly owned subsidiary company namely Almondz Global Infra- Consultant Limited (AGICL) has received Notice of Debarment by one of its client viz NHAI from bidding for NHAI projects for period of Two Years w.e.f. 13th March 2024. The subsidiary Company i.e. AGICL is in process of challenging the order before the appropriate Court/Forum.
