XT Global Infotech: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all the designated persons their immediate relatives and insiders with effect from 01/10/2024 to till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited (standalone & consolidated) financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.
