The 143rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Kemp & Company Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 7th August 2024 at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 34 and Regulation 36 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith electronic copy of the Notice of the 143rd AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 (Annual Report) being sent today i.e. 15th July 2024 by email to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s). The requirements of sending physical copy of the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report to the Members have been dispensed with vide MCA Circular/s and SEBI Circular. The Notice of the 143rd AGM and the Annual Report are also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.kempnco.com. Please take the above on your record.
