Honda India Power Products: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has issued Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu of the Original Share Certificate reported to be lost/misplaced by the shareholder;Duplicate Share Certificate have been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
