We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 13 2024 has inter-alia:1. Considered and approved Unaudited Standalone & Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30 2024 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended.The above results were also reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Copy of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results along with Auditors Limited Review Report is attached herewith.2. The Board also considered approved and took on record other Items of the Agenda of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
