This is to inform you that GEE Limited (the Company) has successfully convened its 63rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on September 28 2024 through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with all the applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013 SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") and in accordance with the Circulars issued by MCA and SEBI in this regard.With respect to 63rd AGM please find enclosed the Summary of proceedings of the AGM of the Company as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations attached and marked as Annexure-I.Please take the above on records and oblige.
