Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are submitting herewith the 37th Annual General Meeting along with the Annual Report of the Company for the year 2023-24 which is being sent to the Members of the Company through electronic means as per the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.37th Annual General Meeting schedule to be held on Thursday 29 August 2024 through video conference/ other audio visual means. Thursday 22 August 2024 will be the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM.
