In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Mr. Gurcharan Das Mr. Chittranjan Dua and Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta- Independent Directors of the Company shall retire from the Board on completion of their second tenure effective September 28 2024. Pursuant to retirement Mr. Gurcharan Das shall cease to be Chairperson of the Company.
