ATV Projects India: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to the regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and as per information received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent M/s Purva Sharegistry PFA the letter pertaining to issue of share certificate to the shareholder consequent to loss of share certificates being reported by shareholder.
