DCB Bank: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 2 43 752 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on November 11 2024 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 313 572 360 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 313 816 112 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
