The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. October 31 2024 approved the public issue of secured rated listed redeemable non-convertible debentures with the shelf limit of upto Rs. 2 500 Crore in one or more tranches in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations 2021 as amended subject to regulatory and statutory approvals as may be applicable.The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 shall be provided during the filing of relevant tranches.
