Finkurve Financial Services: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the Directors Designated Persons Designated Employees Connected Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed w.e.f i.e. from December 11 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting.
