Brief Profile of Mr. Govindraj is enclosed. Further to inform that the board of directors of the company in its meeting held on 30th March 2024 appointed Mr. Soumitra Goswami as interim CFO w.e.f 1st April 2024. The Board of directors in its meeting held today ie. 26th October 2024 redesignated Mr. Goswami as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with immediate effect.The above appointments were duly recommended by the NRC Committee of the Board.
