We wish to inform that Mr. Surendra Singh Sirohi (DIN: 07595264) has completed his second term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. today i.e. August 27 2024. Consequently Mr. Sirohi has also ceased to be a Member/Chairman of the following committees of the Company: -1. Audit Committee - Member;2. Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRC) - Chairman;3. Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR) - Member; and4. Environmental Social and Governance Committee (ESG) - Chairman.The Board of Directors of the Company extends its deepest appreciation to Mr. Surendra Singh Sirohi for his outstanding contributions made during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
