In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("LODR Regulations") we hereby inform you that the manufacturing operations at the plant locations of the Company at 1) Faridabad Haryana; and 2) Mumbra District Thane Maharashtra shall remain temporarily closed as per the details attached for annual maintenance of plant & machinery to support readiness of increase in demand in imminent future. Further some functions will continue to work during this period to support the anticipated growth in demand.The requisite Details in accordance with Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 are enclosed.This intimation is also being made available on the website of the Company.Kindly take the above on record.
