Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended this is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 28th October 2024 has granted 5000 options pursuant to the Insolation Energy Employee Stock Options Plan 2024.
