Dena Bank: Employee Stock Purchase Scheme (ESPS)

In continuation to our Letter Ref. No. DB/HO/IRC/13/2018-19 dated 15th January, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank at their meeting held on 31st January, 2019 has approved Dena Bank Employees Stock Purchase Scheme - 2019 DB-ESPS 2019 as per SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefit) Regulations, 2014 for the Eligible Employees and Whole time directors of the Bank, subject to necessary Statutory / Regulatory approvals. Further, the Bank proposes to issue upto 25 Crore equity shares under the Scheme in one or more tranche.
