With reference to the your mail Dated 30th Sep. 2024 on delayed submission of proceedings of General Meetings we wish to clarify that our chairman was held up outside the office and he was available only by evening hence the delay of six hours in filing the proceedings of General Meeting. The delay was not deliberate and purely beyond our control. The delayed filed document is proceedings of the AGM and therefore there is no revised announcement to be made on the above subject. We regret the delay and assure you that such delays will not take place in future. This is for your kind information and record.
