SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) a letter of Confirmation (LoC) shall be issued to the concerned shareholder for submission to his Depository Participant along with Dematerialisation Request Form for credit of shares electronically in the Demat Account of Shareholder.You are requested to update the same in your records.
