Quest Capital Markets: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of Companys "Insider Trading Prohibition Code" under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Person of the Company and their immediate relatives from 01st July 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2024.
