(1ST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means ("VC" / "OAVM") Facility; Facility of voting through electronic mode ("Remote e-Voting / e-Voting during AGM") on business items to be transacted at the 39th AGM & voting period; Book Closure period for the purpose of AGM; Cut-off date for determining the eligibility for remote e-Voting / e-Voting during the AGM; Intimation of completion of Dispatch of the Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 including Notice of the 39th AGM to the shareholders of the Company.
