Please be informed that BSE has imposed a fine of Rs. 5 900 (including GST) on the company for delayed submission of Financial Statements for the year 2023-24 under regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 and the company has duly paid the aforementioned amount to the stock exchange.
