The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 27th July 2024 inter alia approved as follows:1) Re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra Sanghvi as Executive Chairman of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming General Meeting w.e.f. 1st April 2025 to 31st March 20282) Re-appointment of Mr. Laxman Sanghvi as Executive Director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming General Meeting w.e.f. 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028.3) Re-appointment of Dr. Shailesh Ayyangar Non-Executive Independent Director for the 2nd Term starting from 29th May 2025 to 28th May 2030 subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming General Meeting.Please take note of the same.
