Alan Scott Enterprises: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Alan Scott Industries Limited} ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday November 7 2024 at 11:10 am (IST) has approved the Acquisition of Metastar Media Private Limited ("Metastar") one of the group Companies of the Company. Details of the acquisition is annexed herein.
