In continuation to our letter dated 28th June 2024 wherein the Company had informed about an Order dated 26th June 2024 passed by SEBI penalizing the Company and four others to n aggregate amount of Rs. 2 80 00 000/-. The Company had filed an appeal against the said order in SAT and sought a stay of the aforesaid order.In this context we wish to inform you that SAT has vide its order dated 21st August 2024 copy of which has been uploaded on website of the SAT 0n 26th August 2024 has granted stay on the directions contained in the said order of SEBI dated 26th June 2024 to the extent it has asked the Company to deposit Rs. 1 00 00 000/-.The order has no material impact on the financials operations or other activities of the Company.Please take the same on your record.
