Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform that the Shareholders of the Company has inter-alia approved amendment to the Articles of Association ("AoA") of the Company vide special resolution passed at the 26th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday July 30 2024 at 11.00 AM IST through Video Conferencing.The brief details of the amendment to the AOA in terms of Para A.14 of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 are enclosed herewith.The Annual General Meeting commence at 11.00 AM IST and concluded at 11.47 AM IST on July 30 2024.
