Somany Ceramics: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

This is to inform you that in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 share certificate has been reported to be lost. The holder of these shares has requested the Company to issue a duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original share certificate.
