The remote E-Voting period begins on 22nd September 2024 at 9.00 AM (IST) and ends on 24th September 2024 at 5.00 PM (IST). During this period shareholders of the Company holding share either in physical form or in dematerialized form as on the cut-off date i.e 13th September 2024 may cast their vote electronically. The Company would be availing the E-Voting as well as VC/OAVM facilities/services of CDSL.
