MM Rubber Company: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

In compliance with the provisions of regulation 39(3) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that below mentioned share certificate has been reported to be lost. Holder of these shares has requested us to issue duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original. Duplicate share certificate will be issued subject to receipt of relevant documents in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
