Please find enclosed the intimation letter dated 15th November 2024 received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Link Intime India Private Limited providing information regarding the loss of share certificates by the shareholder(s) of the Company. Further a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued after completion of necessary procedures prescribed by law.
