Please note that pursuant to PIT Regulations and the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the " Trading Window" for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from October 01 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Result for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2024 for the Directors and KMP/ Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the company.
