ANDHRA BANKhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2020 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal to raise the equity capital by way of allotment of new equity shares to Govt. of India on preferential basis upto an aggregate of Rs. 200 crore.
