Anant Raj Limited-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve the Issue Price for the securities being issued on the preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018.
