Notice pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Audited Standalone Financial Results along with the Audit Report for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31 2021 shall be considered and disseminated on Thursday August 05 2021.
In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for Officers Designated Employees and Connected Persons even after the declaration of financial results for Quarter and Year ended March 31 2021 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter ended on June 30 2021.
