We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company on September 20 2024 through circulation approved the allotment of 28 500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up to the eligible employees who have exercised their stock options under SecMark Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019.
