The AFR is enclosed along with the Independent Auditors Report on results issued by M/s. Batliboi & Purohit Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors. Further declaration in respect of unmodified opinion on the audited financial results for the year ended March 31 2024 is enclosed (Regulation 33).
