Bajaj Consumer Care Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday August 9 2024 inter alia to approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30 2024.Further vide our letter dated June 30 2024 we had intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons covered under Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct) from July 1 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending June 30 2024.
