His last working day with the Company was September 7 2024.Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations read with aforesaid SEBI Circular with regard to change in Directors/Key Managerial Personnel /Senior Management is given in Annexure A.
