NATIONAL STANDARD (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/07/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday July 17 2024 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2024.In continuation to our letter dated June 30 2024 wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons of the Company from July 1 2024 onwards. Further the trading window shall remain closed upto 48 hours from the date of said financial results are made to public.
