with reference to the above subject the provisions of Reg 23(9) read with Reg 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to the companies whose i) paid up share capital is not exceeding ten crores rupees and the net worth is not exceeding twenty five crore rupees as on the last day of the previous year and ii) companies whose shares are exclusively listed on SME platform.In view of the above the paid up share capital of the company is Rs. 434.97 Lakhs and the net worth is Rs. 625.47 lakhs as on 31st March 2024 thus the provisions of the Reg 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to the company for the half year ended 30th September 2024.
