Mahasagar Travels: Compliance-57 (5) : intimation after the end of quarter

In terms of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby confirm that the company has not issued and has no non-convertible preference shares NCDs/Bonds or any other non-convertible securities during the quarter ended June 30 2024. Therefore the provision in terms of regulation 57(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to our company.
