Asian Warehousing: Reconstitution Of Committees.

In view of completion of tenure of Mr. Manohar Kumar as an independent director and appointment of Mrs. Sangeeta Kumar as Additional director designated as independent director the Board approved re-constitution of the committees w.e.f. 13.11.2024.
