Pursuant to the SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the company by its designated persons is closed form 01st July 2024 and shall be opened 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Consolidated and Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30 2024.Accordingly the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.The date of Board Meeting inter-alia to consider said Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30 2024 will be informed separately.Kindly take the same on record.
