VRL Logistics: Fixation Of Record Date For Interim Dividend For FY 2024-25

In the event of interim dividend is being considered and declared by the Board of Directors at the Board meeting scheduled on November 13 2024 the record date for the same pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 shall be November 22 2024.
