Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that that Sumathi Bright Shine Airport Services Private Limited (Step down Subsidiary Company of the Caspian Corporate Services Limited) has initiated the work for order received from Airport Authority of India (AAI) for providing ground handling services in Andaman Airport for 10 years.The order value is approximately IN 3.00 Cr. for next one year and which is expected to increase as travel and tourism of Andaman increases.The disclosure as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is attached herewith and marked as Annexure A to this letter.
